Business Development Specialists (BDS)
A minimum of 4 years of Inside Sales, Senior Telemarketing, Telesales or Field Sales in the IT or Professional Services industry is required. You will work with GenSourc's IT and Professional Services clients to help them identify and engage with major sales opportunities.
Your execution will be conducted through a combination of internet research, prospect qualification profiling and telesales / telemarketing based prospecting and cold call campaigns.
Your role will be critical, as you will act as an extension to our client’s sales team; and engage with our client’s sales staff in the initial sales stages to cultivate opportunities. The ability to understand the sales cycle and how GenSourc and our clients can improve the business development process is crucial.
This role requires experienced sales staff that is committed to working with a leader in Demand Generation and providing the highest level of representation.
Specifically, you must have:
At least 4 years experience in business development (inside sales or field sales)
Preferably have a degree in Business or IT
Must be competent at communicating value statements and have a professionally
persistent attitude when identifying and establishing opportunities
High level organizational skills to manage and maintain a CRM database
Ability to hold high level conversations with senior decision makers at large companies
Willingness to maximize your knowledge through frequent training and developmental
